In the first instance, it’s best if you can email me with your initial request – what type of event, your location, how many people you are expecting, types of dishes that you like, any possible dietary requirements – and I can then get back to you as soon as possible. If you do phone, I may well be in the middle of an event preparation and have my hands juggling oven, sink, fridge, processor and utensils!
